These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the services provided by FethiyeCab Tourism Agency (“FethiyeCab”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting a reservation request or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Company Information

2. Reservations
- All transfer reservations are made via our website, communication channels, or direct contact.
- A reservation is considered valid once confirmed by FethiyeCab.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including flight details where applicable.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be communicated to us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may result in the full service fee being charged, as the allocated vehicle and driver may remain idle.
- Cancellation requests must be made via the same communication channel used for the reservation or via direct contact with our team.
- Flight Delays & Flight Information

For airport transfers, customers are required to provide correct and valid flight information.

We actively monitor flight schedules and adjust pickup times accordingly as long as flight details are provided.

In case of flight delays:

- Delays of up to 3 hours are covered at no additional cost.

- For delays exceeding 3 hours, an additional 20% surcharge may apply due to operational and scheduling adjustments.

If no flight information is provided or incorrect information is shared, FethiyeCab cannot be held responsible for missed pickups or delays.
5. Payment Terms
- We do not require advance payment for our services.
- Payment is made in cash to the driver.
- For round-trip (return) transfer reservations, the total round-trip fee is payable in cash upon arrival at the hotel or final destination during the first transfer.
- Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup time.
- Delays caused by the passenger may affect service availability and may result in additional waiting charges.
- Passenger count must match the number declared at the time of reservation.
- Liability & Responsibility Limitations
FethiyeCab shall not be held liable for delays, disruptions, or service failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Traffic congestion
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Accidents not caused by gross negligence
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, etc.)
While we make every reasonable effort to provide timely and safe transportation services, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant transfer service.
FethiyeCab is not responsible for:
- Missed flights due to circumstances outside our control
- Loss or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle
- Delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the passenger
8. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify vehicle types, routes, or service arrangements when necessary for operational or safety reasons, without affecting the core service commitment.
9. Amendments
FethiyeCab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
